Megan Collins, daughter of Mike and Margie Collins of Oakville, and Gary Delhougne, son of Arthur and Jeanette Delhougne of Affton, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Collins of Oakville earned a bachelor’s degree in microbiology and is employed by Covidien of Boulder, Colo., as a clinical research associate.
Her fiancé, Delhougne, earned a juris doctorate degree and a master’s degree in health administration and is employed by Covidien of Boulder, Colo., as a health-care economics manager.
The couple plan a Nov. 8 wedding at the Sheldon Concert Hall in St. Louis.
The couple will reside in Colorado after the wedding.
