Mark and Terri Clancy of Oakville announce the birth of their second child, Kyle Patrick, 21 inches, 8 pounds, 5 ounces. He was born Oct. 5 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
Elder child is Connor, 18 months.
Maternal grandparents are Judi Bruyere of St. Louis and Rich Bruyere of Maryland Heights.
Paternal grandparents are Bob and Ruth Clancy of Oakville.
