Nicholas Adam Cavellero of St. Louis was honored for outstanding academic achievement at The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, during the fall semester of the 2003-2004 academic year.

Cavellero achieved dean’s list recognition, which is given to those cadets and active duty military students registered for 12 or more semester hours whose grade-point ratio is 3.2 or higher with no grade below a “C” for the previous semester’s work.

In addition, Cavellero earned a Gold Star for achieving a 3.7 grade-point average or higher. Gold Stars are worn on the collars of the full dress and dress uniforms and the summer leave uniform.

Cavellero, a 2001 graduate of Lindbergh High School, is the son of Glenda M. Cavellero. He will graduate from The Citadel in 2005 with a degree in business administration.
