Trecia M. Cisneros, daughter of Edward and Lois Cisneros of Selma, Calif., and Keith M. Stumbaugh, son of Keith and Robbin Stumbaugh of St. Louis, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Cisneros of St. Louis currently is attending Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is employed by Washington University of St. Louis as an accounting assistant.
Her fiancé, Stumbaugh of St. Louis, earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He is employed at Express Scripts as a research analyst.
The couple plan an Oct. 3 wedding at Life Christian Church in Sunset Hills.
