Charles Patrick Shine, 60, died Dec. 4.
Born in Pasco, Wash., Mr. Shine resided in Oakville. He was a retired police officer with the city of St. Louis. Mr. Shine was a member of the St. Louis Police OfficersÂ’ Association and on the Executive Board.
Survivors include his wife, Deborah Shine (nee Gaterman); sons and daughters-in-law, Tim and Leslie Shine, Kevin and Marcela Shine and John and Katie Shine; sister, Mary Sinak; brothers, John Shine and Michael Shine; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Maxine and Walter Gaterman; and four grandchildren.
Visitation was at Kutis South County Chapel. Services were at Kutis South County Chapel and St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Burial was in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
