Century Credit Union marks reopening of Lemay Branch

Century Credit Union will conduct a grand reopening event marking the completion of a renovation project at its Lemay Branch, 1540 Lemay Ferry Road, on Friday, April 22, and Saturday, April 23.

The event is free and open to the public.The celebration on April 22 will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m., followed by lunch provided by Kenrick’s Meat and Catering. Sunset Hills Chiropractic will offer express massages from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and Fredbird will provide entertainment from 3 to 4 p.m.

On April 23, Century will continue the celebration with a “Family Fun Day” that includes children’s activities and art projects courtesy of the Teachers’ Recycle Center’s “Van Go” from 9 a.m. to noon. From 11 a.m. to noon, Louie from the St. Louis Blues will stop by for a visit along with a free ice cream truck. Those in attendance will have a chance to win prizes throughout both days.

The Lemay Branch renovation included a 2,100-square-foot addition to the original structure and the addition of three drive-through lanes, including a drive-up ATM. The renovation also included a complete remodel of the original building, which now boasts a brand new lobby, offices and member lounge equipped with a coffee bar.
