Call Newspapers Election Guide April 2018

Are you heading to the polls Tuesday to VOTE?

Check out our tips and articles we sent out to our e-newsletter list Friday. To sign up to receive our OnCall e-newsletter, go to https://callnewspapers.com/newsletter/.

The Call’s new website www.callnewspapers.com is where you’ll find breaking news leading up to the election and the results that night focused on the candidates you care about in south county.

Voters in Crestwood and Sunset Hills will be choosing aldermen, and Mehlville and Lindbergh school district voters will each be choosing from three Board of Education candidates for two open seats.

If you missed our informative candidate forum last week with the three Mehlville Board of Education candidates, read about it here and see the video at the end of this email.

Voters in the Bayless School District will consider two ballot measures Tuesday, including Prop S, a 41-cent tax-rate increase for operations and Prop A, a $10 million bond issue funded by a 34-cent tax-rate increase.

Want to know who the Call endorsed? Check out our endorsements for Lindbergh and Mehlville school boards and the Board of Aldermen in Crestwood and Sunset Hills here, along with our editorial “Will the real Bill Boston please stand up?” endorsing Grant Mabie for Crestwood Ward 3.
