A Bug Hunt for children in grades two to four will be offered at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 22, at the Visitors’ Center in Jefferson Barracks Park.

The cost of the program is $4 per child and advance registration is suggested.

A park naturalist will lead the children on an exploration of the park’s fields, woods and ponds in search of the bugs that make these areas their home.

Children will learn about the fascinating world of insects. Magnifying glasses and bug nets will be provided to the budding entomologist.
