Wade and Pam Boland of St. Louis announce the birth of their second child, Thomas Dalton, 201⁄2 inches, 7 pounds, 10 ounces. He was born Feb. 27 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder child is Nicholas, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Tom and Bonnie Parkin of St. Louis.
Paternal grandparents are Linda and the late Alton Boland of Lemay.
