Bill Leonard named Kiwanian of the Year

The Kiwanis Club of South County recently recognized Bill Leonard, left, as the 2016-2017 Kiwanian of the Year. He was honored for the work he performed for the club during the past year, particularly in the areas of fundraising and service projects. Presenting the award is Secretary Lee Bodendieck.
