Scott and Melissa Bierman of Columbia, Ill., announce the birth of their first child, Kylie Alexandra, 19 inches, 6 pounds, 11 ounces. She was born Nov. 2 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Maternal grandparents are Barry and Sandy Rabin of Oakville.
Paternal grandparents are Dan and Barb Bierman of St. Louis County.
