Kenneth and Elizabeth Bergman of St. Louis announce the birth of their fourth child, Francine Elise “Frannie,” 201⁄2 inches, 7 pounds, 10 ounces. She was born Dec. 3 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.
Elder children include Bernadette, 5; Peter, 4; and Mary Beth, 2.
Maternal grandparents are Jim and Shirley Schaper of Oakville.
Paternal grandparents are Hugh “Skip” and Ann Bergman of St. Louis.
