Bell could resubmit the Brown-Wilson Ferguson case to grand jury

To the editor:

Since Wesley Bell was elected county prosecutor, he could possibly resubmit the Michael Brown – Darren Wilson incident to the grand jury.

Whether there is new evidence is debatable.
