Scott and Melinda Becker of Imperial an-nounce the birth of their second child, William Scott, 191⁄2 inches, 6 pounds, 8 ounces. He was born Nov. 4 at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center.
Elder child is Taylor, 4.
Maternal grandparents are Carl and Joan Wader of Fresno, Calif.
Paternal grandparents are Robert and Susan Becker of Oakville.
