Tom and Tracey Argent of Oakville announce the birth of their second child, Carson James, 21 inches, 7 pounds, 15 ounces. He was born May 19 at St. Joseph Hospital.
Elder child is Sam, 3.
Maternal grandparents are Keith Kirchmer of O’Fallon and the late Gail Wampler of Marquand.
Paternal grandparents are John and Kathy Argent of Concord.
