Affton Early Childhood will host a drive-in movie night for children Friday, Sept. 7, in the center’s multipurpose room, 9832 Revis Road.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. for children to make cars from cardboard boxes saved from the move to the new Affton Early Childhood Center. The movie, “Toy Story 2,” will begin at 6:30 p.m.
“Rather than recycle the hundreds of cardboard boxes right away, “we thought we’d offer a chance for the children — and the adults — to have some fun with them first,” Karin Fleming, director of Affton Early Childhood, stated in a news release.
