Abiding Savior Lutheran Church and School, 4353 Butler Hill Road, will celebrate the opening of its new Christian Day School Education Wing Sunday, Oct. 17.

The celebration will include a dedication ceremony at 10:30 a.m. and an open house and barbecue from noon to 3 p.m. The celebration is open to the community.

At the new state-of-the-art facility, Abi-ding Savior Lutheran School, formerly known as Washington Lutheran School, con-tinues to offer the quality Christian education that has been provided to the community since 1983. Abiding Savior Lutheran School serves pupils from preschool through the eighth grade.
