Crockpot Meatball Soup
32 ounces frozen small meatballs
2 – 12 ounce frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans and peas)
1 – 28 ounce can tomatoes
2 – package brown gravy mix (0.87 ounces) dry
24 – ounce water
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Spray crockpot with PAM. Put thawed meatballs and mixed vegetables in crockpot.
Combine tomatoes, gravy, water, black pepper and garlic powder in bowl. Pour into crockpot.
Hold salt. Taste at end of cooking. Add if needed.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 hours or Cook on high 5 hours or so. Serves 8 to 10.
